Jerome currently leads Mazars USA Infrastructure, Energy and Utilities practice, which includes the water practice, and Mazars Group global initiative in the water sector. He was the founder and leader of the Infrastructure and Project Finance in the Americas, which is now part of Mazars Global Infrastructure Finance. He continues to play an active leading role in this service line across the Americas and through water sector activities. Jerome has more than 16 years of experience in the U.S. servicing large, multinational groups in the U.S., such as financial institutions, investment funds, construction companies, regulated utilities, and service companies. His experience includes project finance assignments, providing services to lenders, infrastructure investors, and developers in transportation, energy, and social infrastructure. Jerome is also experienced in cross-border transactions, providing accounting, tax guidance, business valuations, due diligence, and financial modeling services, and advises on strategic assessments and business process improvements. Jerome has a degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole Superieure des Travaux Publics in Paris, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
