Bongiwe is an accredited Optimize facilitator and has in-depth experience in conducting strategic sessions at Board level. She has a thorough understanding and experience of Optimize and has been active in training facilitators within the African continent.
Bongiwe has extended her passion of building capacity by heading up an outsourced training academy where she passionately focusses on Governance Training to build competent and sustainable boards.
Bongiwe, a qualified Chartered Accountant, completed her articles within the Mazars audit department working across a broad spectrum of industries, including exposure to Public Sector assurance engagements. Bongiwe has a passion for capacity development and is actively involved in Mazars ’training and development initiatives.
