- Oversees brand harmonization and strategy
- Ensures the smooth integration of new foreign offices, supporting rebranding, brand exposure and communications strategies
- Leverages best practices, develops peer-coaching and internal communications trainings to increase autonomy of countries and optimize budgets
- Leads PR and media relations at Group level
- Fosters regional collaboration and synergies
- Encourages digital engagement and social media strategies along with our digital team
- Develops Mazars brand ambassadors initiatives (thought leadership marketing)
- Oversees the production of communication tools and promotion of PR events
